Welcome to Graduate Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies. We are located in Niigata city, Niigata Prefecture, which faces the Sea of Japan and is a gateway to eastern Russia. Niigata City is the capital of Niigata Prefecture and can be accessed easily using the Joetsu Shinkansen from Tokyo so Many international students say that life in Niigata is very comfortable.
