Program Overview:

Toyo University’s PPP School is a two-year Master’s degree course under Graduate School of Economics. It was established in 2006. More than 200 students from both public and private studied in PPP school.
Students can study and finish their degree in Japanese or English.
The Course of Public Private Partnership is the only Master’s degree program in Japan that develops knowledge and skills necessary to realize a new public concept based on a deep understanding of the principles of behavior of both the public and private sectors.
Students can choose their specialization from «City Management», «PPP Business», and «Global PPP». Each student’s specialization will be stipulated on their diploma. Students are recommended to take courses from their specializations in order to strengthen their knowledge. However, students can take any classes of their choices despite their specializations.
